If the music ever gets too loud, the front desk has earplugs for you. We move with the rhythm and we like our music loud. We suggest form-fitting clothes, like a sports bra, tank top and leggings or shorts, that won’t get tangled in your bike’s pedals. Here’s a sneak peek into your very first SoulCycle class. All riders are required to wear a shirt and cycling shoes that can clip into the pedals.
