About Diablo 3

I am writing this from the most nostalgic feelings and because it’s just a shame for the game. How can this topic be interested in? The fact that it writes a person who plays in Diablo from the very first game of the series and remembers Diablo 1 on the sony prefix. Of course, there are a lot of such people without me, again to remember the broadcasts of Diablo 2, 1, but it is also important for me to know the opinion of all. No matter the oldfag you or Newfag, your opinion is important to me. Especially if it is constructive criticism, and the opinion itself will be justified. I’ll start with a small background

My acquaintance with Diablo began in 2001 on PlayStation 1. Of course there was a minus in this, namely a game on the joystick, but over time, I got used to it, I did not consider it a minus. And also, there was a concrete plus, joint passage with a friend of the main plot. Diablo 1 is already a museum exhibit, which should be respected. After all, many players perfectly remember that gloomy tristra, a butcher who was very complicated if you beat him not pumped, as proposed, the King of Skeletons, and of course Diablo itself. And these memories are very pleasant, you understand that you played one of the best games at one time.

Immediately after that I played in Diablo 2, already on PC.

After the first game, when I was on the screen selection screen the question immediately arose: “Who to choose?”. I had no Internet at that time, and it could not be, so it was impossible to find out anything about the character. I chose a necromancer and this choice was to my liking. This character is still my loved one, I have asked the game more than a dozen times and not only for it. Supplement Diablo II: Lord of Destruption I liked even more, I also spent a lot of time after it. Then, with the advent of the local network, I learned all the joys of cooperative passage, and when the Internet appeared, such passages have already become frequent. Then there was a bunch of mods and then I switched to other games.

And then 2012 comes, the game about the game is enough, the release date is known, everyone is waiting for the third part, they are waiting for the long -awaited Diablo 3. Having launched the game, I chose the sorcerer because I read the information about the heroes for a long time and painted it with a sort of self -sammoner, who replaced the necromancer. How wrong I was. The sorcerer turned out to be a separate character, which the Sammoner could be called with a huge stretch.

Further – worse. The game was held by me in a day and a half, while the first day I played literally without a break, and suddenly it would be better? Finished the game at the last act. The next day I no longer expected the best, I just passed Diablo and decided to take a break from the game. After some time, I felt sorry for the money spent and I set myself the task of passing the game to start with all the characters, and then gradually, when I want to go on great difficulties. I walked the game in the same two days, after this passage I did not experience anything from the game. I started a demon hunter again, but I got to the second act, I was tired of playing and I went out. Now, in fact, that I did not like in the game and what in my opinion is not enough. 1)I did not like the fact that the game is too simple. Of course, the nerds will make fun and speak on other difficulties, but remember Diablo 2. In it, the difficulty was felt from the first act, it was possible to really die on some complex boss. And in Diablo 3, the first act, the second – all one. For the whole game, a sorcerer, which I did not know how to play at all, constantly choosing skills died 5 times. Moreover, four times on the bosses and once when I went to put a kettle. Belial represented real difficulty because he did not expect his murder even from some arcade. He constantly beats with his paw on the player, we run to attack, then he makes his coolest skill in which in many places, something explodes in the marked places, we still run, if there is enough arrogance to fight it. And then, because the third fight with him was again a surprise. But understanding how to use skills, he was killed very simply.
2) I really did not like the fact that the game is very linear and the number of quests was also not very pleased. We run the whole game on behalf of LII and her Uncle Descard Cain. At the same time, we get almost nothing for this. The only motivation is that our hero helps the forces of light and all that. Compared to Diablo 2, (yes, you already understand how I love her) you can see a big difference. Helping the same Cain to collect all parts of the staff + cube, we ourselves get an excellent thing (cube) at our disposal. Many tasks in the second part were just for interest whether the player decided or not. And what do we have in the third part? Nothing, help the forces of light, get an expo and drop from monsters. It can be seen that many topics are never developed. For example, it would be possible to make additional tasks with mercenaries. The stories of the templers, rogue and the caster are very interesting and on their basis it would be possible to build good tasks.
3) The difficulty in the game, as I said very small, but this is expressed not only in monsters, but in the gameplay itself. In particular, the distribution of skills. Now the player only thinks what combination to put against a particular enemy. Previously, skills were selected for the style of play, sometimes for weapons. And now some skills in relation to certain assembly bosses or groups of opponents are completely useless. A striking example of this is the same Belial and Diablo.
4) A serious failure is merchants. I personally bought anything from traders except potions. The entire drop from monsters is always cooler than that of merchants on sale. The blacksmith creates the same items, or it is too early for you to put them on.
5 And finally, the time between the use of potions is wildly annoyed. Most often, healthy areas simply appear where it is not needed, and on battles with bosses, potions are very necessary that can be drunk after a certain amount of time.

In the end I want to say that the game really looks juicy. But playing it will not work for a very long time, exactly like getting any fan from her passage. In addition to pity for some NPC and little joy, the plot does not cause any emotions. Personally, I believe that such a game made a desire to please everyone, and especially the nubby and laziness for the majority, which is already used to such casual games.
